WRHO FM Oneonta is a non-profit college radio station serving approximately 13,000 residents within the city limits alone. As a non-profit station bounded by FCC regulations, we are prohibited from running conventional advertising. This is a plus for our listeners as well as for our sponsors. Underwriting allows just for the facts, not false advertising.
