"Mother Earth and Sky Vessel"

Walk down into the earth, leave the land behind and see only sky. Feel the coolness of her layers of time. Look up to the sky and think of infinity. Climb up out of the mother earth vessel and become aware; earth to earth / sky to sky / dust to dust.
This installation was the last of four installations produced for a series of exhibitions each dealing with one of the four natural elements:
