Hyperbolic Surface

Above we see a handy dandy applet which draws a portion of a hyperbolic surface. In Cartesian coordinates this surface is given by z = x*x - y*y. Use the scroll bars at the right and bottom to move around the surface and get different perspectives. (This is for my General Astronomy and Light & Relativity students who need to know this shape.)
